Vince's Auto Service & Performance

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I have never had a bad experience with Vince's! My car has never had to go back because of bad work. Everyone is so nice and I always feel like my car is in the best hands possible.

I took my 2010 Honda Civic in for an inspection and was told it needed about $900 worth of repairs to pass. That surprised me because the car drives and sounds great. What confused me most were the claims about the brakes, rotors, and windshield wipers. The wipers work perfectly, and the brakes and rotors are relatively new. They make no noise, show no signs of wear while driving, and looked fine when I checked them myself. Because of that, I decided to get a second opinion and took the car to meineke, where I usually have work done. The car passed inspection without any mention of the parts Vince's claimed needed replaced. The only thing Meineke pointed out was that the rear tires will likely need replaced soon, although they still have enough tread to pass inspection. Ironically, Vince’s never mentioned the tires at all. In the end, I tried to save about $15 on the inspection and emissions test, but it cost me nearly twice as much overall. Of course they still charged to look over the car without issuing an inspection sticker.

This place is the best! It was my first time coming here and the entire team was so friendly, accommodating and thorough. I would highly recommend making your car appointments here.

Very quick service as well as honest and fairly priced! Just moved to the area and will be returning to Vince’s for any future needs. They also make it easy to drop off your car the night before. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Vince's enough!!! For the first time in my life, I've experienced honest and transparent service on my car. A few months ago, I took my 2021 Honda Passport to a Honda dealership for a transmission and differential fluid change. They called me saying my brake pads were barely legal at 2-3mm. Thankfully, I did not have them replace them. Instead, I took my car to Vince's to replace them. They called me and explained that it just wouldn't be right to replace brake pads at 7mm, when there is so much life left in them. They even provided pictures with measurements for me (the dealership would not). Since then, I won't go anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone. I've gotten my tires replaced, inspections, and a side mirror replaced. Their prices are honest, I can usually get an appointment in the next couple days, the people are SO NICE, and they'll show/explain anything you want to know without making you feel bad for not knowing much about cars. I really appreciate everyone there, especially Tasha at the desk!
